Play what you want. One of the top players on the server single boxes a necro. He has best in slot gear and tons of AA, but he can solo shit that lots of other people need 4 characters for.
Enchanters recently got buffed as well, so you should be strong.

I have an ogre and frontal stun immunity seems to be working. Your combo sounds about right for racials.
If you have any BL gear you wanna dump pass it down to Slowsix!

I have an FBSS and a few withered leather pieces. Nothing too spectacular. I'm still keeping the BL for powerleveling and whatnot, so the gear he has on him will stay. But, if you need anything else, I can take a look. Send a tell to my druid, Hippy, since I won't otherwise be on my BL.
I think the big problem with BST is that they are heavily reliant on gear, yet don't really get gear, "for them", until Luclin+. It takes a lot of flagging to get there. Most other classes start hitting big strides around Kunark, especially with things like epic weapons in the mix, which BSTs also don't get until Luclin era.

BST were insane when the server opened. Their pet was super OP. Once they got nerfed, Citidal and Crazymon parsed them, and the DPS was so shit that Citidal rerolled™ to Warrior.

Did they depopulate some of the zones? Got my GB so I went to rape lguk and it seems to be less mobs than I remember. Just wish I had more evening/night play time but I have a family now lol. Something different than back 99-02.
Another question, how do quest factions work on this server? P99 boards are saying to get high warmly or ally factions for paladin epic turn ins. Is this the case here too?

Oh hot, there are people already playing on this here. I can't believe I missed this thread.
I played with faceless order on KP until Luclin. I'm looking to get started here. I have some mechanics questions before I start rolling characters.
- Are the weapon proc rates super high like KP?
- Is there the casino?
- Is earthshaker available?
- Are charms all max duration?
- Any big differences from KP that are worth knowing about?
I'll try to get in game tonight
