I don't really know what bard clickies are good long term because the class is funky. I think the DA clicks are always useful? You can get em while leveling in the 70s in DODH and then SOF zones. I think you need a 2nd to spawn the missions, although you can just roll up a level 1, invite, log him off, and go for it. There's a few others in DODH like shrink that are cool; I dont know which are in summon-happy instances and which are in bard-friendly ones. Honestly though... I'm not sure how many clickies you really need to work on WHILE leveling. I think basically anything you'll want can easily be gone back for and gotten faster at high levels unless its along your leveling route anyway.
Seeds of destruction has cool themes AND it also has a chase quest for each zone. Iksar illusion, totem, various augs. IMO kind of cool to have something to work towards while "completing" the area and it gives you both a goal and a way to make sure you've "done" the zone and its lore. SoF sorta has them too but they're basically from going to the opposite of the good xp spots. SoF is a beautiful place though, well worth checking out at least for a little. Actually go into a guardian instance at least once, for example, just for the coolness factor (its good xp once inside but the process is the cool part).
Do you like tradeskills? That alters EVERYTHING you will want to do. If not... eh, good.
