Actually go into a guardian instance at least once, for example, just for the coolness factor (its good xp once inside but the process is the cool part).

Do you like tradeskills? That alters EVERYTHING you will want to do. If not... eh, good.

Great info.

I wouldn't say I "like" tradeskills, but I do them when there's a significant incentive for it. I've watched a few videos and heard mention of a few awesome items that require TS's. An earring is one of them, I think?

I've got several of them started (200-250ish skill) from my past play, but like my AA, that number is probably basically meaningless now.

From what I have read, I think it's April to May. And I have every intention of revisiting Seb during that event if I'm the correct level.

I'm a little confused about some of the Kunark zones though. I saw two different tiers of Fabled loot from there. One had hundreds of HP while the others had thousands.

Are there two massively different Sebilis zones now?

No clue but there was a Kunark reboot expac a few years ago maybe they reused zone names?

There have been iterations of Fabled as the game moved on. Look at the ilevels on the items. The OG fabled stuff was like 65-75. Later stuff is probably 100+.

Yes.

Once in a while certain zones get turned into Hardcore Heritage zones: https://www.everquest.com/news/eq-hardcore-heritage-2025 where they upgrade the mobs HP and sprinkle new items on them. HH Seb was pretty good, my bard still swings Darkened Journeyman's Walking Stick

I'm shooting entirely from the hip here because its been a long while since this actually happened, but here's how I remember it: During luclin you could make about 1000$/million plat if you sold to public, ~700 if you sold to resellers, which is what i mostly did. Million plat took about 2-3 days for a well made group to farm in ideal locations. Somewhere late luclin or early pop a plat dupe was found and it became 150-200$ per million before it was fixed. Forget exactly when.

That would made a fungi tunics about ~150$ at its absolute highest in that era, but probably around 15$ of plat deeper into pop. Obviously each server is slightly different.

Soloing king would have been a pain for anyone in pop. Certainly doable, but plenty of beefy wanderers, lots of magic resist and npcs that can cast CH on him through the walls. Didn't he gate also? I know 100% I could have done it on a cleric or chanter, but the bigger question would be why. It was a shitty camp with low reward.

Like you said each server is different, but in this case we're talking about Stormhammer. So unless someone can confidentally talk about Stormhammer's economy in that period, Fungigate 2026 can't rest.

That list doesn't seem to have a + singing skill buff. Were those invalidated at some point? Voice of the Serpent or the Shei cloak are examples?
