She’s holding the Enchanter epic, so I am guessing she is a dark elf enchanter who is casting illusion high elf.

Well, it only took a few months of not having any time at all to tinker with custom figures, but I finally started again last weekend and I decided today was the day to tackle Ol' Venril. So I did.
He's not 100% identical to the in-game model but I wanted to give him my own spin, made the robe a bit more "regal" to fit his rank as an Emperor, he's made of bits and pieces I had around, the head however was basically sculpted from scratch, sculpted the belt and amulet from scratch, gave him a bit of a case of "rotscale" and obviously a full repaint job, had to retailor the robes a little, made a hole for the tail lol.. the straps on the thigh were meant to hold his phylactery on the side but I realized afterwards the robes will hide it anyway so I didn't add it, may do that someday.. I'm quite happy with him, he's nothing to write home about but he's one of my favorite designs from the old days of EQ. Also made me want to tackle some more EQ figures so I'll have more to share some time. Someday! Hope y'all like him.
