Wrote the CVS $72.5 puts expiring on the 20th. Only 16 cents premium but backtest shows it at a 1% chance of being exercised.

All my puts are now in the 2-weeks to expiration. Gogo Theta.

Closed out my puts at 3 cents. 80% profit in 4 days.

I am seeing a lot of chop today. I wonder how much is infrastructure bill/inflation/lockdown related.

Thought about playing PLTR options on earnings tomorrow morning but the IV is under 60 and the risk vs reward just aint there.

I did. But if the IV was high enough then maybe...

The one thing I will say with low IV options is they have a very low stress level. You dont make a lot, but the stock "generally" does what its supposed to in a very orderly manner. High IV stocks on the other hand... Fuck.

A tale of two options: CVS puts I closed out in a couple of days for pennies. DNUT fucking dancing 3-5% daily swings around the strike. Only 7 more trading days to go.

Wrote the PLTR covered calls $35 strike / Oct expiry for 29 cents.

The PLTR pullback from the insanity has me up almost 30% already on the calls I sold.
