I hate years like this. I have the most points scored in my league (1554.6) by 80 points, after that guy the next is 120, and most are 2-300 points behind my total scored for the year. I also have the most scored against me (1491.9) which ends up landing me at a 7-4 record. It's kind of bullshit. I keep losing to the dumbest shit, like Lynch getting 4 TD's and 46 points PLUS the same guy having the Eagles D/ST and they got like 40. My lowest score in the past 4 weeks is 150 points (.2 per rush, .5 per catch) when most people are averaging around 1-120 a week and I've lost 2 in that span. It's annoying.

Edit: Doing some math, the averages points scored in the league is 125 vs my 141 average and 135 average against me. The irony is I only have 3 weeks all season below 140, though 2 of those weeks are really bad. I guess I can understand those 2 loses because of shit like injuries that happened, but still I shouldn't have 4 loses!

OK guys I have a sneaky piece of FF advice for you, play Josh Gordon this week. Shhh, don't spread this around or everyone will catch on.

Check out the fantasy football subreddit this week.

Fantasy Football - Reddit Style

And it's automatically changing every poster's name to variations of Josh or Flash Gordon.

edit: Also there's suddenly rumors that AP might actually play Sunday, hot on the heels of the news the league was suspending hm the rest of the year.

Prob a way for both sides to win. I wouldn't be surprised if the league did some back door talks with the Union to assure it played out in a way like this

Funny, I just went and checked the totals out of curiosity. I have the highest points scored, but also have the most scored against. Thankfully it has kept me in a tie for first place at 8-3, but the other guy in 1st with me has 200 points less scored on him.

I'm feeling lucky this morning. I managed to get Crowell off waiver. I was 13 out of 14! Gordon being back and playing Atlanta, I like my matchup!

QB2 I have on my roster Alex Smith and Shaun Hill, and available in FA right now are Mettenberger, Vick, and Bortles.

I'm leaning towards grabbing Mettenberger. He's playing Philly and that's basically 20 points guaranteed for any QB.

Mettenberger is a solid pickup.

I just went back and read the first few pages of this thread. Always interesting to see our predictions and how they played out

Kinda thinking about starting Kenny Stills vs Balt @NO on MNF (i also have the breesus as my qb) over Sanu @ HOU for WR4.

Thoughts?

Experts have them as almost a dead heat.

I'd actually lean Stills. Because Josh Gordon is going to score so many points this week he'll actually be funneling them away from other AFC North receivers. I'm tempted to sit AJ Green...

Good ol' fantasypros.com.

I think Stills will a get a few more targets with Cooks out and Sanu seems to be trending downward with AJ back.

Now you've got me doing this. I see myself saying some stuff and I'm all nodding my head and high fiving myself for being such a fantasy guru. Like out of these

"Golden Tate, Cordarrelle Patterson, TY Hilton, Jordan Cameron, Michael Floyd "

I said

"Tate and....probably Hilton. Cameron is stuck in Cleveland and Floyd is in Arizona. Both are on shaky teams in divisions with pretty stout defenses, plus Floyd has the groin thing. Patterson is unproven and in Minnesota.

Yeah I think you just go with the most proven QB's in this situation, Tate with Stafford and Hilton with Luck. Everyone says Tate is going to get a big boost playing alongside Megatron. "

Holy fuck, I'm an oracle!

But then I also said this...

"Jimmy Graham over Lynch easily."

But then I was a sage again...

"Ryan Matthews I don't have a ton of faith in. Too many injuries and too many options in the SD backfield....I'm staying the fuck away from CJ Spiller. He had over 20 carries twice last year. This after we were told over and over he'd finally be the man there. He gets hurt too much and Fred Jackson is too good an option to spell him."

But then this...

"Seeing a lot of really high projections for Le'Veon Bell....But I'm thinking the people projecting him as the 5th-8th best RB might be a bit optimistic."

Really the only thing I nailed 100% was shitting on Doug Martin from the get go=P

Good ol' fantasypros.com.
Right? Think I pimped them a few pages ago. I use the site for like 5 minutes a week just to scan my league's waiver wire usually but it's awesome. Also love the option for weekly projections to limit them to the experts that have the best results for that position or for the last 2 years etc. Feels a lot more reliable and the fucking random shit ESPN point projections that tell me Cam Newton is going to go for 21 points every single week. My team has come in 30-60 points below projection for the last 5 weeks.
