Seems incredibly dumb, even on a college campus. Wasn't there a guy that attacked some people recently like this (or was that an axe?)? All it takes is one person, doesn't even have to be near the prank, with a permit and he's dead. Or one cop who reacts poorly and doesn't give him verbal cues to put the shit down (of which has happened often lately).

It's like that retard who was dressed up as a terrorist with a fake RPG. If I were around, you're fucking damn right I would've nailed him with my car. I probably would've backed up and ran over him again just to make sure he's dead.
