If I do bulgogi, I use Asian pears. My buddy who passed away I guess this year from pancreatic cancer always bought them every Christmas. I might eat one or two but I would typically use them for marinades and I would make Korean barbecue and and I obviously had my Superior Western Aryan spin on the recipes, but he but come over with Korean vodka, we throw in the freezer, listen to fucking classic rock, grill and have a wonderful time .

He had gotten goddamn Kung flu vacs and a couple of the a boosters, but got turbo cancer, and it was hard and fast. Never read the history of cancer within his family. But it destroyed him and I'm pretty certain it was from the stupid vaccine's and the boosters. And it pisses me the hell off. It was a horrible goddamn thing. He was Korean which I guess you probably are, but he is kind of like an older brother to me. I miss that motherfucker.

Love the man like a fucking brother and I miss him. And whenmy stepmom had her heart attack and died my dad had called me God damn immediately called my buddy, was the first person I called Ch when I were to be there with my dad and do what you do for your friends.

Anyways though Asian pears are wonderful they have a miraculous enzyme for marinating meats and I am totally fucking down with using them them for various delicious meals.

Pineapple is also really good and if I make fajitas that's typically what I use, pineapple juice, I think it does sort of the same thing but the hair stuff is made me more mild tasting. He's a bunch of soy sauce and put it in a meat tumbler. That's the Pappasito's recipe, and those Greek fuckers I built one of the most amazing and consistent restaurant empires and the history of America. I don't think I've ever gone to one of their restaurants and been disappointed.

I don't cook Korean food, just use the bottle marinades, but my mom did use the asian pears for galbi marinades. Pineapples and papaya are also natural tenderizers.
Did your friend die from stomach cancer? I believe that is the most common with the Faulty Armors. Hard to believe considering how much they smoke.
P.S. post a pic, faggot

Dude why don't you become a master of cooking Korean food. I mean I have worked on all of my culinary skills for various cuisines from all around the world. I'm a fucking coonass Cajun chef, and I can fry catfish or make a meme pot of gumbo or jambalaya. I might not have slanted eyes, but I know what I make Chinese or Japanese.

I mean I made sushi for like a week once I got all the equipment and it was great.

If you're hurrying you should learn how to do it and I know the last time I was up there in Charleston for work and staying at my Korean buddy's house, not going to spending the evening with his wife in the kitchen and she was teaching me all kinds of things with pickling stuff and doing kimchi and what have you it was wonderful.

Spending time in the kitchen with your loved ones is one of the greatest goddamn things on earth. Be good at cooking sounds like you have to make a living from it but if you know your stuff, you can make a lot of memories with people that are important to you. Just go out and cook make a good meal, even if you can't drive because your Oriental and your eyes are all weird...😉

Just can't cook Korean food. My mom's cooking was fucking awesome but didn't realize until I moved to Korea and ate mid Korean food. Moved back home, but now she has early dementia and doesn't cook.
Koreans say western food's flavor comes with time, Chinese with fire, Japanese with the knife and Korean is from the hand. I guess my hands just don't have it.

Dude you're going to make me go fucking Jim Steffel mode. Was an outside sales rep for Southern lumber which was a place in Charleston South Carolina that used to do custom trim and tell us whatever for various construction projects.

Today a lumber yard and they had the Christmas room that my dad used to go to I would have all these like off cuts and like Windows and doors and stuff that had gotten this measured or whatever but you go in there and buy Craftsman level stuff.

However, Jim fought in the Korean War as did my grandfather and he never talked about it. But Jim was one of the greatest men I've ever known in my entire life. I was doing a goddamn Marina project, came into my office trailer, and he held up again black film canister, if you know how cameras used to be you know what the hell I'm talking about, and he shook it at me.

I said Jim what the hell is that. He about the contents and it was literally the soul piece of steel. I was like what the hell. I guess when he was overseas they were clearing bodies and some Korean fuck play possum and stabbed him and the tip of his bayonet broke off in his arm. Jim grabbed his fucking 1911 and shot that fucking in the head. And he was like every time we were doing like body counts on pushing a hill, he said he gathers stabbed every corpse City or in a cross or put a fucking bullet in them.

He was one of the greatest men that I've ever known, deacon at the Catholic Church, I don't know how many different Church related functions that we always went to but when he died from cancer, for hundreds of people there for the funeral. And I always loved when he would just show up to my job site and hang out. He loved Greek food and I used to take him out and get gyros like I don't know once a month.

He was a great man, and the world is a shittier place with him not being here.

The point being is this one of the men that taught me about construction when I was younger murdered Koreans, and despite the fact that I'm friends with some of them Jim taught me the true way and you need always be careful.
