I’m still loving my Alienware. It’s pricy but damn nice. What’s the best option for 1440p IPS these days? Was kinda looking at an ASUS PG279QM or LG 27GR83Q-B.

Dont get that feeling too often with computer hardware. Love it when I do, though. Feels like it was worth it for once.I’m still loving my Alienware. It’s pricy but damn nice.
I have a LG oled as well hooked up so I alternate if I want 4k 120 FPS for stuff but I’ve grown accustomed to the 240 1440 resolution:Dont get that feeling too often with computer hardware. Love it when I do, though. Feels like it was worth it for once.
Ended up ordering an Alienware AW2724. Based on the RTing’s reviews, it looks like it’s pretty much the same panel as the Dell that was linked a page back, and Alienware’s clearing them out at $199 right now.

Did you have any issue loading the RTing ICC? I remember trying to do that on my Alienware one last year but the Windows profile manager thing was not intuitive and I couldn’t get it to load or save, some roadblock. Just remember giving up after 10 minutes and saying whatever.Monitor came in yesterday. It’s a massive upgrade over my old ASUS VG248’s. It definitely had a green tint to it out of the box, but it looks great now with some calibration tweaks and the RTing’s ICC profile.
