Depends on the game and how the mods are set up with Steam. If buying from GoG it's also the best place to get mods. Some modders don't like Steam Workshop, so they will use Nexus instead.

Funny thing about that is I'd bet it's no more than 3-4 people making them, or at least the vast majority of them. Hell even Midnight Suns of all games has a fairly significant range of NSFW options and I'm pretty sure they're all from one dude.

All that article did was count # of pages on nexus for SB, checked the adult tag only box and count # of pages it dropped to. Zero effort put in beyond that.
