I’d settle for a spider-man video game where you don’t have a mandatory mission trying to find a date for a gay boy. An actual unskippable mission in the Sony spider man games.

man, I got the first one on ps4 and was so excited bc I heard such good things but it’s just mostly a cut scene and walking/swinging simulator. I got a few hours into it before stopping and going to replay dark souls 3 again

We all know that games will release with a shortage of content (all the homo fag shit cut). Then games will release and will seem good, and hopefully be a banger. Fast forward 5-10 years, and they'll probably be too conservative. But ... Im here for the ride.

The saudis won the last overwatch world cup and have been doing a big espurts tourney each year with various games.

There are two saudi teams in OWCS and one big money korean team that is saudi owned. I could see the saudi team alkudzu or something making it to the grand finals this year.

So apparently EA is being bought out by Saudis and the leftist/queers for palestine/free palestine crowd is having an absolute meltdown over how the company is going to be in the hands of islamists, and they are now complaining about how anti-LGBT and misogynistic they are.

Can't make this shit up. Hilarious how all it took was a video game company getting bought out by those people for the left to suddenly declare them their enemies. I knew their love affair with islam wouldn't last long.

Some true gems from resetera on today's news:

1) I've never, ever ever been one of those "whelp this might be it for me" on gaming people.

This seriously might be it for me on gaming. I think I'm just gonna go into my backlog. This is so bad man.

2) I'm actually scared about the people behind the deal. Specially Trumps family investing in video games.

And scared for the most inclusive developer there, BioWare.

3) Trump is slowly consuming all USA media companies (TV, film, videogames, etc) through the use of MAGA partners and other shady sources all while slowly making foreign made media more "out of reach"

4) It's hard to say definitively what the future holds, but a deal like this almost always means mass layoffs. Combine that with the new people running the show being absolute shitheads and I can definitely imagine which groups will be targeted first.

Oh no, the gays and the ideologues won't be able to brain rape 12 year olds anymore. Perish the thought
