Genuine question, what women helped create Halo 1-3 + Reach? Voice actor for Cortana does not count.
I looked it up and found this:
Stephanie Shaver - helped coding when switching Halo from its original Mac RTS to xbox fps. helped write the original lore. Something I didnt know was that it was originally a mac rts.
Carrie Gouskos - helped out with product design, not necessarily game dev.
Lorraine McLees - created the logo and a lot of the graphic textures for halo ce.
I think those 3 women should definitely be celebrated and highlighted but i have no idea who these other broads are.

Was your grandfather around? A coach? Pastor? When did your Dad leave? 0-5 is the most important, but all it takes is a consistently present male presence.
