Not to mention that no "anti-cheat" has ever been remotely successful against anything more sophisticated than Cheat Engine.Oh yeah this won't be completely riddled with bots just hiding so they can survive at least 6mins. This somehow sounds even stupider than NFT/bitcoin mining games.
Will you play it?
Paul Tassi is a faggot leftoid. What is insane about the CEOs response? I don't get it. Actually seems fair and honest instead of a bunch corpo blabber.

Correction: A "woman"--which should tell you everything you need to know about this story.

Early access on Steam for this indie title. It looks interesting. Anyone playing this one at the moment? Some comparisons to Minecraft meets DayZ. Rustwww.firesofheaven.org

I think it's people using the official mod support stuff, similar to Steam workshop, and if you do you're forced to update, which again is like Steam. Now I assume you can potentially finnagle stuff to revert the update(on Steam you can just revert the install to a previous version after updating and then the game will launch fine for example) but it's still annoying for people who have 0 computer knowledge and just want to play their 10-20year old games the same way they have been for 10-20years without changing anything. And there's no way these updates are relevant in any way either so it's literally like what, suits told some intern to use AI to make an update just because? Why do people still playing these games even have updates enabled?
