I started that on Apple II.

Import to France did cost a fortune. Ultima III was priced at around 150$ at the time (1983). Not inflation adjusted, 150$ of then-dollar. But at least it did have a nice cloth map.

Man, getting an Ultima back then was an experience. Pretty much every Origin Systems release was quality.

I still have my C64 boxes for 1 and 3 and 4. 2 was a flimsy thin box that didn't survive, but had a fantastic map. Few of my coins and such are left as I carried them around alot as a kid.
