Yea that fly away scene was pretty lulzy. Pretty bad fx and the fact she straight up ditched her friends like that. Also pretty disappointed with how badly that dragon was getting fucked up by spear chuckers. I mean...its a dragon, it should have been wrecking face! That is all my criticism for now...unless we wanna talk about how tame the season has been thus far. I think I remember seeing a preview before the season started, and they were all like, "It's going to be the bloodiest, most action packed season yet.". Not sure it's lived up to that. One episode to go, I guess they could be throwing everything at the wall for the finale.

I hope the Tumblrfeminazis can appreciate that literally 99% of the terrible, horrible shit is done by men and only one woman (Cersei) is really a bad person. Maybe Ellaria Sand. All the other women are generally good aligned or neutral. Melisandre is still ????.

It wasn't Drogon it was just the whole harpy attack. That was Xena-tier shit.

Actually I could've looked past the dumb battle scene if they actually made Dany's ride similar to the books. It was a hectic scene and she was acting like a cornered animal---she should've been screaming her face off and just hopped onto Drogon out of sheer terror.

Instead we got that lame kumbaya scene followed by Princess Dany the Dragon Whisperer. Ugh.

Yeah but it's consistent with how they're portrayed all the Dany scenes so far in the show.

"There's times when I look at you and can't believe you're real." She's supposed to be a larger than life character.

The Drogon CGI was great for up closer scenes and awful whenever it showed the further off aerial shots. Overall the scene left me smiling like an idiot though, so the bad Unsullied didn't detract enough to really bug me.

Shireen seen was fuckingrough. Way way way harder to stomach than Sansa's gentle honeymoon night.

There was certain scenes where drogon CGI was great and others to where it was Dragon war bad. Drogon flying away even the city looked terrible in the backround

I only felt bad when Drogon was getting spears chucked into his body and had holes in his wings. I was numb emotionally for the rest of the episode.

Yeah Shireen was my wtf moment there. "Too Old" was the best scene by far.

Also I'm curious what Ellaria and the sand snakes are gonna do now.
