Jon meets Mance, does that mean we see the whole wildling march in week 1, giants and all? Or are they gonna skimp on that? Fuck I hope not....

I can't remember anything happening between Jon getting captured and meeting Mance, I can't even remember there being a chapter between the two events.

He marches with the wildlings and bangs the fuck out of Ygritte.

Nah he meets Mance before that, at the start of ASOS. First or second Jon chapter.

I thought Ygritte turned him out before he met Mance, but it has been a couple of years since I read it.

No they met first and she convinces Mance that they have been and that's sort what starts the whole thing with them fucking etc.

I thought he didn't meet Mance until they'd marched for awhile, with Rattleshirt giving him the stinkeye the whole time. Clearly I need Mimirswell to pop in and set me straight.

Rattleshirt brings him to Mance because he still has doubts that he's really turned on The Night's Watch. Jon goes into the tent and thinks that Tormund is Mance because he seems more kingly or whatnot, then Mance tells everyone to gtfo and then talks to Jon for a little while and let's him live.

That's not where I'm confused, it's the timeline. I thought Jon walked with the wildlings for a while and saw the giantsbeforethey got to where Mance had camp set up.

Yea I'm pretty sure he had to walk through the 10 mile throng of people before he got there, pretty sure he met the leader of the giants as well. But I might also have my timeline skewed.

The lord of bones brings Jon into the camp and takes him to see Mance. On his way he sees random wildlings but it isnt until after Mance accepts him as a turncoat that he is with Tormund and sees the parade of giants (including Mag the king of giants) and other unique wildling clans. He doesnt start banging Ygrette until after they are sent with the Thenn and Jarl to climb the wall, tho she claims they have been fucking already to persuade Mance that Jon really has changed sides.

Martin needs to be put into halfway house and not allowed to leave, till he finishes next book!
Only feed Bread and water, no Cake, sweets till he fucking finishes 1st 100 pages, then he given 1 slice.
Also when book is done he still is not allowed to leave and Eat like fucking Hog, do other projects till few read it to ensure that he did not just throw the shit together.

Forgot to add this also he is not allowed to have any rodent creame filled Fat hookers to visit him untill book 6 is done.

He's not going to be able to write a quality rape or diarrhea scene without some of the world's most filthy internet pornography to peruse.

Jon has actually met Mance twice before they were formally introduced beyond the wall. twice at winterfell when he was a kid.

He was seen by Mance twice, they didn't interact at all. Once when Robert was there in GoT and once earlier.

they didnt meet at winterfell when mance discovered jon planning a joke on one of the guards with snow in a bucket or something?
