I believe its mostly due to the Zynga (mobile games) acquisition, Take 2 bought them 2 years ago for $12.7 billion and they have been bleeding money out of the ass since then as mobile games market has become even more overcrowded than regular gaming.

seen rumors the game may be $100, or they may seperate GTA 6 and GTA 6 Online and charge seperately

will be interesting to see how they release, in the past its been consoles only for a year minimum but I could see a PC simultaneous release this time, there are a lot of people who are PC only now. Will switch 2 be a launch platform?

I'm pretty sure they've pretty much confirmed it's a console only release late last year. They always do the double dip.

Probably the only reason I'm still happy I own a PS5, but I just hope it's as good as the games before and not woke-ised.

Never played online but the single player stories have always been fun as shit to play....assuming they add to the formula with better graphics, I can't wait!

weirdly i have zero desire to play this. will get it eventually, i do have a ps5 and GTA is one of the few games i don't mind playing on console over PC.

What would be concerning to me is if they've been working on it so long is the social commentary in the game even still relevant when this releases.

I got GTAV on PS3, 4, and 5.

I fully expect another delay into Fall 26'. I'm wondering if the backlash to woke games is changing anything internal for this game, or if these feckers are waitilng for $99 to become normalized. I hate myself for being excited about this game..
