Yeah, no idea on the exacts and not sure how big around the tenderloin can get, off the pig. Obviously for something like that to be a single piece of meat you would want the largest circumference tenderloins that you can get, before it goes into the pneumatic press or rollers.There's no goddamn way you're going to get a 16in patty out of a 4-in or 5 in or even 6 in tenderloin slice. I mean that whatever cutlet is pushing two feet.
I mean maybe if you use the meat glue, and possibly flattened everything and then stuck it onto a sheet tray, chilled, and then cut and fried, possibly could happen?
I mean maybe I'm wrong but like it just doesn't math out to quote our greatest supreme Court Justice...
