There's no goddamn way you're going to get a 16in patty out of a 4-in or 5 in or even 6 in tenderloin slice. I mean that whatever cutlet is pushing two feet.

I mean maybe if you use the meat glue, and possibly flattened everything and then stuck it onto a sheet tray, chilled, and then cut and fried, possibly could happen?

I mean maybe I'm wrong but like it just doesn't math out to quote our greatest supreme Court Justice...

Yeah, no idea on the exacts and not sure how big around the tenderloin can get, off the pig. Obviously for something like that to be a single piece of meat you would want the largest circumference tenderloins that you can get, before it goes into the pneumatic press or rollers.

Not sure if they are popular enough for someone to have done a How It's Made type write up on them.

It's got to be a different cut because there's no way in hell you're going to get that big of a patty pounded out from a tenderloin. If I had to hazard a guess it's something off of the leg, which is fine because if you're going to pound it and then fry it's going to be nice and tender, but it's the only thing with the necessary circumference to make a Patty that big.

Unless they're using the meat glue, sheet pan method, which I guess wouldn't work pretty well. If you're a game was to just make this ridiculously retarded pork cutlet fried on a miniscule bun.

They are real and out there in the wild. If you watch BeardMeatsFood on YT he has done several food challenges that had those as part of them. They have a similar chicken schnitzel called a chicken parmo as well over in Europistan.

Pork loin is amazing if you cook it just right, but its kinda like calamari, it gets tough and awful pretty fast past that, and you'll definitely be the first case of someone to die from brain eating worms if you undercook it.

It makes chicken breast seem moist and flavorful. You can cook it right and drown it in shit with flavor and get something edible, but there's not much to work with. Not sure I can sign on to "amazing".

I understand the concept of butterflying a piece of meat. I do it all the time I just don't understand how you would have that huge of a piece of me fried from a pork cutlet. I mean even if you took just the one and pounded it out, you're still not going to get that circumference.

If you want to ogle the eater, Katina Eats Kilos is a former WOW player and former body builder that does the same food challenges content. I started watching food challenges as part of my first big diet push. Watching people eat disgusting amounts of food definitely helped curb my appetite.

If you've never seen Molly Schulyer you should watch at least a couple of her videos, especially if you're into the gross aspect. Little to no entertainment value, eye candy, or personality in her videos, but the woman is an ungodly eating machine. I swear she doesn't chew or swallow and makes Beard and Katina seem like casual diners. Here's a video of her eating 3 Big Texan 72 oz steak meals in under 20 minutes.
