i've been doing some more googling and, consensis is that "red sauce" is really just taco bell mild sauce, and they initially put it on burritos for flavor in case ppl don't use the packets and add more sauce (or in this case, heat)

so you can probably just buy a bottle of taco bell mild or just skip it and use fire/hot instead of bothering with a copycat recipe or using red enchillada sauce.

i thought him making 1,000 tacos meant something

so this is how i built up the yakitori, 4 logs fit it fine


i keep on forgetting to use the chimney, so i place an oil soaks paper towel underneath a few briskets and a few lump, under another towel and then the 4 logs

it takes a while for these logs to catch on fire tbh, i would actually recommend using the chimney for safety cuz the lump and the logs like to go pop pop pop.
