I make myself stand out by using the default original cardback.

Hearthstone hipster.
I do the same.

I'm also a scrub and have only been playing for a few months. But I still have accumulated 3-4 card backs. I don't even know where to go to change it.

Just opened my 5th fucking King Mukla. The only golden legendary I've ever opened was Mukla as well. I've opened over 200 packs from 1200+ Arena wins as well... FML!

Trying to decide which Legendary or epics to craft next, here's what I'm missing:

Legendary:

Archmage Antonidas
Tirion Fordring
Ala'kir the Windlord
Nat Pagle
Millhouse Manastorm
Leeroy Jenkins (Disenchanted him when he gave full dust back, and haven't found a use for him again yet)
Tinkmaster Overspark
Elite Tauren Chiefetan
Captain Greenskin
Harrison Jones
Hogger
The Beast
Baron Geddon
Nozdormu
Deathwing

Epics:

x1 Sword of Justice
x1 Ice Barrier
x2 Pyroblast
x1 Pit Lord
x1 Shadowform
x1 Mind Games
x2 Twisting Nether
x1 Bane of Doom
x1 Gorehowl
x1 Hungry Crab
x2 Sea Giant

That's all I'm missing. I'm thinking Tirion or Ala'Kir, but I don't really enjoy Shaman or Paladin as they play too slow. Guess I could go with Leeroy, but kinda bored with him. Perhaps Harrison or Geddon. Wouldn't mind crafting Greenskin to get the Parrot just for collection sake and for Pirate fun, even though they suck. Hmmm. If I knew of a fun aggressive Shaman deck I'd get Ala'Kir.

Am I the only one who still sneaks Leeroy into some decks? I have him in my hunter deck atm for that final STEADY SHOT, LAST BOW CHARGE, LEEROY.

Nah, strifecro had leeroy in his hunter deck, a more aggro variant. It had leeroy and uth still.

A gold Demolisher was in one of the very first packs I ever opened. I played the SHIT out of that card, in many decks, for quite a while.

I played demolisher in zoo/early board control warlock before I had a lot of cards, the 4 toughness makes it hard to remove and when buffed with a doa even harder. Its amazing when it hits the right target, but the rng is its downside. Although, I bet you it would be pretty good if you're seeing a lot of zoo/hunter since they tend to play a lot of 1/2 health minions making it easier to hit a good target. It would also be a way to remove hunter minions when they have snake trap up.

Golden cards baffle me, I have so few, but I've somehow managed to get things like 3 golden frothing berserkers, 3 golden kidnappers.

Holy shit the casual match making is fucking broken. I played maybe 50 matches a year ago and yesterday I decided to try and get back into this. Within the first two turns it is so painfully obvious that I playing against veterans with loaded decks. Why can;t I get matched up with other noobs like me? Should I just play against the AI? Can I even complete dailies that way?

There really isn't ever any reason to play casual. You should always play ranked, since you basically rank up until you have a roughly 50% win rate.

I rarely play Harrison but I off and on think I should. I definitely should have in my Warrior in the last tournament

I played harrison during the miracle days, but I don't know if its worth laddering with atm, but still a nice card to play in tournaments for sure.
