Not that they really had any choice in the matter but going public is probably going to end up tearing Cover apart.

Almost all of the recent big graduations besides for health reasons have been out of EN. So either JP are just more content with the status quo or EN has more expectations, or Cover supports JP more over EN.

I think it's a combination of more support for JP and the musical expectations. All of the remaining members of the first two English gens are either very musically inclined (Calli, Kiara, Bae, Irys) or Korean (Ina and Kronii).
