6'2'', 285. Lucky to be broad-shouldered and carry it well, but still a fat fuck. Down from when I was chaining Dr. Pepper like an IV Drip, though. And like 4 feet of my height is torso (exaggeration, ofc), so my pants are silly looking, and I'm like Lurch when I'm sitting at a table with others.
Getting a job that involved walking around constantly, and having MMOs become non-compelling shit, really helped push me away from a decade of pretty much pure sedentary lifestyle.
Fattest I ever was was 410, I think? "THAT'S NO MOON." Doubt I'll ever be under 250ish though; I'll die like my germanic ancestors, face down in a pool of meat and mead.

Surprised by the number of 6 ft 160 lb people. I'm 6 ft 195 and fairly fat but I think if I was 160 I'd be 0% body fat
