Authors must, after the publishing of the first book in a long fantasy epic, dedicate at least 40 hours a week to the continuation of the series, with each installment to be released no more than 3 years after the last, until all storylines and subplots have been brought to an adequate conclusion.

Failure to do so will result in being locked within a jail cell with a type writer, where food is rewarded to the author correlating to his daily productivity (no pages, no food), until the series is complete.

I don't think we need more Harry Potter or Twilight.... Sadly they DO qualify as "Fantasy Epic" for the masses....

I would legislate that anyone who undergoes a male-to-female sex change must become an active forum poster on rerolled.org

I think he's referring to Game of Thrones and George R. R. Martin, who unfortunately takes 5+ years to release a book and is going to die before he finishes the series. Yeah, I could get on board with a law that locked his fat ass up and made him write for food.

Require anyone receiving government assistance (IE food stamps, welfare, etc.) to work in a government program for free until they find work, this will be mandatory to receive their "freebies".

I'm assuming he's referring to the people pumping out welfare babies just so they can receive more assistance from the government.
