Basically anywhere in western europe would be just fine. I'd want to avoid anywhere with asian people. And not just to be a snarky jackass about it. Japan would be great fun to visit but I wouldn't wanna live there. Industrial China I'd be working 500 hours a week and sleeping in a person-cube. Rural China i'd probably be wishing I was in Industrial China. Parts of Asia further south sound even less appealing.

New Zeland would basically be awesome too. Sure, they're poor as shit but they're drunk most of the time.
