Christmas special: kwan joyfully leaves school at the last day before Xmas break, as he's heading home he decides he needs to get a gift for Jamal. He sees a bicycle next to a tree so he takes it. As he rides away, a small white child is seen crying in the background.
Fade to black. Kwan finally gets home after his stop at the skittle store. Jamal cannot be found. His older sister shaniqua latifa laroya quanish Washington is sitting on the couch eating peanut butter out of the jar. On the TV is a racist documentary claiming that the Mayans actually had nut butter long before it was invented by a genius black man. Kwan asks where his brother is, shaniqua doesn't know.
The phone rings, it's Jamal. He's asking to be bailed out of jail. He's said he dindu nuffin. As the realization that kwan won't be able to give his brother a Christians gift, a single loan tear rolls down his face. In the background, you hear shaniqua belch and a squish as a spoonful of peanut butter splatters against the TV.
