Remember the golden rule of SPACs. Founders dont get paid if there is no merger. They will merge with a lemonade stand if they have to in order to get paid. Investors aren't the priority.

Anyone else in VUZI? I bought into them a while ago on a internet lark, they make smart glasses. Seem solid and the deals keep rolling in. Up 25 percent today, up like 65 percent overall in the last month. I had a limit order to sell close to what it is now, but "word on the street" is this is a keeper and will be courted by the big bois for acquisition.
