I spent some time in uguk. At first I thought it wasn't itemized, but then it seemed like the named pop every time, but drop loot only some of the time.

Both are arguably best in slot velious weapons. I disagree with them being available via casino (or any raid loot for that matter) but the more established players seem to prefer it.

Also, I have not seen full lists available.

Yea, I wouldnt agree with those things dropping in a Casino at all. Cheapens the game. SoD I would think would be super OP on a server like this with lowered mob HP. IIRC, the proc (Anarchy) lands for a 488dd/stun. Dual weilding these would be nuts.

I don't think it's that much, its 275 or something.
You're probably thinking of Steel Hilted Flint Dagger with a high damage proc but no stun?

Still incredibly good, but not quite that good i dont think

Part of the issue with a weapon like SoD is that weapon procs are much more frequent here.

Also, i want to know what kinda "Donation" shit they're going to be implementing. I would drop a fiver for double exp for awhile, or for cool shit like that red dragon horn, res clicky etc.
I saw thats sort of the stuff they want to add, but all their definitions about anything; are always really vague lol

XP boosts for donations sounds like pay to win to me

offering extra XP / items / basically anything that makes PVE quicker/easier is "pay to win" imo

It's technically pay to lose, since you are paying money to reduce your overall playtime and thus taking away from your EQ experience.

It never made sense to me (outside of a purely competitive advantage) you're paying people to provide you with reduced content.

I have to agree with Zaide on that, I don't mind donating just to donate. If I use a way to hit cap faster, that's just me cheapening my own PVE experience.
