That imo hit GGG too. I enjoyed LE for a few leagues but it never had the raw dopamine straight to the vein that PoE or D2 did. I actually found RoS era D3 more addicting than LE."Tencent wont influence anything" that comes to mind too

Still something missing from this game, IMO. I just dont know what it is to point my finger on it. It just feels all sterile, no dopamine hits or not enough of them? Its weird because it is a good game, it just does not hit with me at least. IDK?Well based on the responses, this does not sound good. Maybe the people who were part of the journey are ready to take the payout from the merger. It was a great game but it was just that. I got my monies worth out of it.
recently watched a video from Bellular News on the krafton/subnautica ordeal, not sure what the fuck they are thinking. Must be a really big check
Krafton is 'fine', as far as large game/publishing conglomerates go.
That whole subnautica ordeal was astroturfed bullshit by a bunch of rapid fanboys of the first game and none of it was any kind of fuckery from Krafton themselves. The original subnautica devs/creators were basically absentee from the sequel project for years, to the point of publicly talking about how they were 'over' videogames and wanted to make movies instead, so I have absolutely no fucks to give about Krafton yanking the leash and pushing release back on them.
A big injection of funding to really ramp of league/season production might be exactly what LE needs though. The game is really close to being extremely good, so if they can expand the team a bit and make the final big push closer to being a fully fleshed out AA/AAA ARPG experience then great.
KRAFTON acquired 100 percent of Eleventh Hour Games’ shares. The acquisition amount includes an initial consideration of USD 96 million.
