Those injuries aren't recent. You can only drain cauliflower ear in the first 2-3 days, a week absolute tops before it calcifies. He'd need fairly elaborate plastic surgery to fix that.

When Holland nearly KO’d wonderboy, you’ll see that his hand bent backwards kind of funny. That’s where the break happened.
