There is a massive difference between running and sitting on a bike. My point stands. Let’s see some incline treadmill.....we won’t for at least a month.

I was on a stationary bike a month after reconstructive knee surgery and before I was allowed to walk. It's literally the safest exercise you can get for your knees.

Some people are just born stupid. I just can’t fathom how dumb one has to be to constantly make the same mistake like Lanx does.

Super bummed out because I just had to cancel my UFC Party Tonight. My oldest is showing signs of a cold (Washington St and all etc) we had to be responsible and not expose 3 other families. I doubt it is Corona, shit it might just be allergies but we play these things safe. Really sucks I was so excited to drink whiskey and watch fights with a few bros.

I've got some buddies coming over to watch tonight, once we get back from the kids softball game.

One of them even called me to make sure I was still hosting, and that I wasn't scared away by all the Coronavirus stuff.
