Ya this show is still boring as shit. Blew most their monster budget in episode 1 and it’s been a slog since with a story no one finds interesting.

Fell off to Season 1 level around ep 3.

Haven't seen Ep 5 or 6 yet but the payoffs in S01E10 were there. For that reason it can't be completely written off yet.

S2 seems pretty on par with S1 - spots of amazing giant monsters and interesting story, interspersed with painfully pointless family drama.

It did set a new low bar for unintentionally hilarious casting though when their 'elite hacker' wasn't able to use an ipad because her fingernails were too long. I guess she usually dictates, like all the other giga-brain progammers.
