The Goblin is excellent. I don’t hate any of it, and the armour has all been top notch.

I find the ‘low-poly’ complaints kinda weird, but that may be because I’m old as fuck now.

I only got to play sunday morning because I was traveling but I made a wood elf druid because I wanted to see the tree city. Yeah, not in love with the gangly wood elf race but once I got a robe, cloth turbine lookin thing, and my scythe I looked like a skinny jihadist necromancer and I was okay with it.

I might try to feedback on the wood elf as I think thst one is universally hated. The face is all fucked up and manly in addition to the scrawny body model

Wood Elf gives off the "vegan chick that lives in the woods and doesn't believe in shampoo" vibe, which I mean... is probably not that unrealistic for a wood elf...

Each race having custom skellies is badass. Dwarf keeping the beard is top tier.

Shawn did mention raiding in the video before the Underdocks stuff. Some world content and some expedition content. I guess the expedition content isn't instanced but you'll need some stuff to enable access to the expedition. Doesn't seem that stuff will be competing for spawns.

The end game seems more dungeon focused for the time being. I am sure they will add a lot of raids, people will come to expect it when most are 60.

Just listened to it and it's sounding pretty smart if I'm interpreting it correctly. He keeps saying terms like 'investment' and 'up front cost' and 'sugar daddy'. It sounds to me like you access expeditions with fucking plat. That's clever as shit for a several reasons. It'd support economic activity, tradeskill emphasis, social interaction all through the level curve, and act as a very effective plat sink.

I still think the best plat camps will be locked down by the aforementioned poopsockers, but at least it'll be more easily decentralized.
