Police said those who were arrested were caught trying to buy drugs from undercover officers stationed near Chestnut and Baring streets.
A full list of those arrested is below. Each person was charged with criminal attempted possession of a controlled dangerous substance and were released with a summons. A total of 10 cars were impounded during the operation, police said.

The arrests come on the heels of a string of heroin overdoses, four of which proved to be fatal. Police said there were at least 55 heroin overdoses in the first 10 days of June.
