Dude is gonna be broke from spending all his money on shoes and shit when the Lakers realize he is just a waste of money and dump him. Can't even imagine another team that would wanna take him even for a small amount of money.

Utah is up by 3 on Golden State with 24 seconds left.

Edit* They give Klay Thompson two shots at a 3 and now it's tied with 15 seconds left.

No surprise the Warriors turn on the gas in OT. Doesn't help when you have Mack shooting the biggest shots in the game for Utah.

Man, talk about giving the game away. Klay with two 3 attempts in a row is just bad odds for them, and they were -exactly- down by three. That's the perfect time to cover the crap out of both Curry and Thompson so they don't do exactly what happened.

I don't know why every team doesn't just cover the crap out of Curry and Thompson and just blow them out every game

Probably because most of the team can score pretty effectively, and just stopping the barrage of threes means you get barraged with 2s. Mostly I was just thinking that at 50% accuracy for those two specific dudes and being three down, giving them two shots in a row at a game-tying 3 is sad =|

I'm actually hoping GS goes and gets the 73 w record and goes on to win the finals, but Utah outplayed them most of the night, and Klay was just super clutch. GS definitely turned it on for OT though.

Tonight was one of the games I had pegged for a loss. I think the Dubs finish 74-8 now. If they don't lose in SA, it will probably be in Memphis. Mostly because I want them to go undefeated at home. I really hope they get that record.

Stephen Curry this season.

30.0 ppg / 2.7 steals / 45.5 3P% / 90.0 FT% / 6.5 assists

Broke 3PM record like 2 months ago. Shooting at a higher percentage from 28 feet plus than the average NBA player makes a lay-up.

If he can keep that FT% above 90 he'll join a pretty elite club of guys that have had a 50/40/90 season. Bird, Durant, Nowitzki, Nash, Price, and Miller are the only members right now.

Spurs sitting out most of their starters when they face Warriors in the next few games is such bullshit.

I'd wager they don't really care too much if the Warriors get the record, they're more interested in getting championship rings. Unless the Spurs win every game and the Dubs lose every game, there's no way they're improving their seeding at this point. It's a smart play by the Spurs, but not an exciting one for fans.

As much as I can't stand Harden and think Houston is a dumpster fire, it would be funny if then Spurs end up getting the Rockets and knocked out in the first round lol.

Also not sure if troll, but Draymond Green might be their second best player and is capable of carrying that team.

Green benefits greatly from playing off the ball and in the flow of an offensive featuring two incredible outside threats who also emphasize ball movement. Green isn't the type of player to carry a team on his own outside of the context of such an offensive. Whether one wants to value the all-around efforts of Green or the shooting threat and scoring threat Thompson is perfectly valid in debating their second best player. That discussion isn't really a valid point in Ambiturner's comment, which was certainly stupid as are most "why don't they just cover the players scoring" type of comments. But it's equally stupid turning that into an argument over who is second best and claiming Green could carry the team. The initial comment was more about scoring, not who the second best player on the team is. And while Green may be the second best player, Iguodola is more of the 'can carry the team' type of player than Green.

Conclusion: both stupid comments.

Ambiturner was joking.

I agree with your overall analysis though. Green has MVP level impact on the warriors but that probably isn't the case on a team like say the 6ers. He's still really good and would be a big positive contributor on any team
