You're an idiot, mid-season firings have never worked and I can't remember the last interim coach that actually did anything.Yes, typically a more preferred method actually over firing someone after the season. Allows the new coach to use actual games to make changes rather than relying on practices. Better to get an understanding of the players and etc in a real, live-game situation. Also allows for more time before the next season
