Worse that puts Req in hot water for helping to perpetuate the fraud both criminally and civally(and you know how civil suits can go after everything). If Req has been doing so, the only way he could potentially save his bacon would be to immediately shut it down and state he was unaware and upon learning of being used in such a manner that he pulled the plug.

However if he's charging Brad, then he'd best make sure that he has his financial information at the ready to show that there is a reasonable correlation between what he's charging and justification for funds coming in because since the "team" of devs is working for free, that's about the only expenditure(besides Brad's "indiscretions") for the project. Otherwise it becomes the same situation as the first one mentioned.

Never going to happen. Tyen's only chance to get back into this community (and he desperately wants to ride in on the swamp donkey to do a victory lap on that one) is if people forget what a tool he was. Having a living monument to his assclownery runs counter to that purpose.

Though I do wish we had a complete copy of the old forums with every thread perma locked for posterity. So much good entertaining stuff was lost. Its easy to blame Req for that, but the last thing he wants is for some company he is trying to do a hosting contract with to bring up the Sam Da Man controversy or Achaymo's brown eye from the Yahoo thread during some due diligence meeting. So I can completely understand why he is content to let it all be buried. No one likes their porn past being brought up.
