We should have a pool where everyone pitches in 5 dollars to guess the release date and whoever get closest gets the money. If by a certain date it doesn't release the money gets donated to the website because then we are all retards for thinking it would actually come out.

Fine with me, that's exactly the sort of thing I had in mind for forum currencies and medals.
I'd recommend making another thread with the pool and all of the options for the pool. What people want to donate to the pool and what they want the rewards to be is up to you all, within reason.
