And yet they achieved it with a tiny fraction of Vanguard's budget. Very impressive. You graphics whore tards need to go follow some other game. Go play Black Desert or one of the million other pretty but shitty games. This game is for people who care about gameplay, and understand that no huge budget devs are going to make a deep and tactical game.

I think it needs to come out sooner than later. We all know its a barely updated eq, which is fine. Most of us here will probably try it and to either laugh if it sucks or enjoy it if it turns out half decent. I think it needs to come out in this window where there isn't a whole lot going on and before the bigger games like crowfall finish so pantheon can either have a base because its good or fail.

I don't really see Pantheon and Crowfall as direct competition to each other. they scratch 2 entirely different itches and could actually be played along aside one another.

True just saying most of us jump on the new mmo bandwagon and if pantheon is actually decent we might stick around but if it sucks most will jump ship the second something new comes out in the mmo space

I have 0 interest in Crowfall. Whenever I see PvP advertised in any MMORPG I instantly assume it's another shit that doesn't work. I've played Lineage 2, Aion, BDO and so many Castle Siege/World PvP/Organized PvP games when the concept sounded great but in reality it wasn't fun at all. Definitely not for me, I'm sure some would enjoy it but I'd bet they're even less than the people who enjoy PvE only.

Yeah, took me way too long to figure this out too. Even in organized guilds it was rarely fun.

I love pvp in mmos if done right- but pvp and microtransactions are a losing combination. Well, for me, any mmo and microtransactions is a losing combination, but especially a pvp mmo.

No there wont, they have developed a new concept for pantheon where they divide all the different places into zones, that you zone into. I can assure you that this is a new revolutionary design idea and hasnt been used elsewhere. Its called zoning.
