If you buy a 3 trial one then you only get 6 points. If you want 8points you have to do a 8 trial one with the time mage boss at the end.

I did ultimatums for my 4th ascendancy. Once its done you can port back to your hideout real quick and buy the two other pieces for the boss on the currency exchange and port back. Way less time consuming, easier final boss fight.

I just do 75ish ultimatums for the final points. Can usually speed run it. Unless you are trying for temporalis or something the 4th trial is totally not worth it. It probably takes longer by itself than doing 3 ultimatums and the ultimatums drop some stuff worth money.

Ultimatums are tagged, cowardly/deadly/wtf ever. Just make sure you do all three. Im sure I have some in my bank if you need some. SkellieCuck in game

Probably followed a guide for fixing POE2 performance back around release, and switched all your chat channels to <random large number>? People discovered that some of the game's network problems go away if you get out of the busy global/trade chats, and AFAIK it still helps at least some today.

It was 8 div a few days ago when I did it, and I'm glad I got that done before price continues to rise (which I figured it would). It was definitely the worst part of the challenges, especially since I didn't really make use of the item, I just bought a vendor item so use the currency on for credit, then sold the useless result.
Other than including that money sink as a requirement for the season challenges, the rest were fun and easy. Hopefully next league they leave out an extreme price requirement like that one.

Didn't feel like buying a carry so I went ahead and did a barya run this morning. Have never done zarokh before, wasn't sure how it'd go but it was super easy. Not enough gear to 1shot him with snipe but 2 did and the little time mechanic where you gotta hit the little orbs wasn't even close to failing. Nothing but trash loot, sadly, although at least I had a random rare mob on the first floor drop me a divine.

Got one for 14 and just wasted it to clear the challenge. Could not care less to try and make something with it lol. But figured it would keep going up.
Just need Abyss boss and Atlas tree now.
