Deathwing the wiki is wrong about aura gem levels. I think it's just defaulting to showing the entire gem level range possibility under the merc skill for some reason.

I'm done with the char so I unspeced my entire tree and the aura with 0 scaling of any kind is roughly level 26:



Still quite good, but also not ~1500 flat lightning damage good either.
