I spent what I could on the best survival stuff and that bone helm/gems... gloves need better sockets than blindly being corrupted with the ones already in em. SRS setup I think is right. Vaal impurity of ice is awesome with it. Using phase run is (for free with trickster) is basically an instant 40% cast speed boost. I just felt like SRS had enough damage (overkill) already and it lacked speed/cast speed to get it going and make it work better.

It's fun cold snapping things as the skulls roll thru the map and getting frenzy charges (even from the skull kills as I'm testing), wish I spent more time on him (still playing a little bit here and there for now).

I mean pretty much anyone expecting this to be completely min maxxed and seeing its not a necro is gonna think I've lost my mind on this one, but it is working pretty well for "not hard shit".

I've done all the meta fancy stuff before, wanted to try making something crazy of my own.

I don't get it. I'll admit I haven't played a summoner. Where's the crazy clear speed come in?

Lol I wouldn't say its crazy clear speed or anything, but its way faster than when I did a skele mage necro. Most of the "clear speed builds" I played were you used basically 1 ability you mashed. This one has lots of fun buttons. Also, I DREAD projectiles (scary in high maps) so frost walls are fun (iirc they block shaper balls too - including uber elder fight). By all means tinker with it, try it, make suggestions and I'll try em or w/e.

Uber lab, I'm planning to take pain for the duration. Duration on skulls, skeles, vaal skeles and vaal aura usages owns pretty hard esp on bosses. I doubt a single map boss will stand up to that for a long time as I push thru atlas.

Looks good to me -- I'd definitely swap out damage nodes for more life on HC, but if you aren't concerned about dying yet it's no big deal. Not sure I'm down with the empowered Hatred, but I don't know what else you'd do with your mana.

Grip is for minions, hrim is for self used abils only? But ya. Check out the scourge claw too for SRS builds that cast other shit too. That's what I'm doing for fun now and it is great.

TBH I cooked up some pretty insane shit this time that would make the clear speed meta pals roll over and croak. Wouldn't mind someone else giving it a whirl and putting their own 2 cents into it.

Yeah just did some googling about it and item conversion doesn't effect unless specified for minions, which seems completely stupid on GGG's part but whatever they are generally terrible at wording anyway and I highly doubt half their staff could explain conversion to someone without using a wiki and youtube video.

This is how everything works for minions, it's very consistent. If it doesn't say minions get it, then they don't. Anything else is just for you, minions are separate entities. There are some weird shit with minions, but not wether or not they get x when you equip y.

This looks like it may incentivize grouping as(if I am interpreting it correct) the mobs/bosses get infinitely harder as you go deeper

I'm sold!

Uh Dom Blows rework seems kinda close to what I thought it'd be. Need to see exact mechanics on these "sentinels" but that seems like I'll be trying a meleemancer next league.

Also golem amulet seems weird. Not good, but if it's common it'd enable golem leveling pretty easily. Curious about the primordial tag, I assume it just counts as primordial for anima stone like jewels, but I wonder if it'll be available on other items. It's bad once you start stacking golems though, the 40% less damage is too much of a negative once you have many golems, and movespeed is kinda whatever. I guess with reduced size it would let you use melee golems maybe, but that's not gonna help how bad they are at clearing trash mobs.

And damn those packs are sick. I wanted to buy a pack to buy a few more things cause I wasted all my money on boxes a while ago and was waiting, but after Incursion I wasn't expecting much since those packs looked like garbage. Shit looks cool though.

Seems pretty slow tbh. It's like escorting that oil canister thing in act 6 all over again. Not that I'm really complaining per se, incentivizing slower builds isn't a bad thing.

Ziggy has a video that has more details, cart speed can be somewhat controlled. Looks like stand behind it it slows down, stand in front speeds up.

Yeah was about to say, he has a video with a bunch more details. He mentions the Guardian ascendency is getting reworked, apparently to a more combat oriented paladin-like ascendency to go with the new skills. I guess they'll kill the "stand around near people and pick up loot only" support spec shit and instead work on an active support using skills to buff other people like the new lightning aura shit.

He also seems to imply there will be a reinforced focus on minions supporting within the ascendency and the new items to go with dom blow rework. Might end up making my first templar since beta if that's the case. He shows a weapon too crafted with the new shit, a 1H sword with 90%+ minion damage, a 5% damage aura and some proc on hit. The interesting part for me is the fact the 90-100% minion damage weapon mod isn't gone after incursion ends(although they might still add incursion to the game we'll see). The fact you can craft it is even better because you can put it on a fast dagger instead of a slow ass scepter, also meaning I can use whirling blades instead of this stupid shield charge shit.

Overall, pretty excited about this league, although I feel this might turn out as a miss for people who like to grind xp only, as I doubt it'll be time efficient at all to do the delving garbage, but it seems something nice to do after you're done leveling and just want to play the game on that char still. And it looked like unlike other leagues, you can kinda "skip" it, as long as you collect the things on the maps, and then just spend say an hour or two just delving with the ressources you got. It might be capped and force you to delve regularily though, we'll see. And the whole ladder ranking thing seems like it'd be a good way to add some side endgame activity for people in the base game later on.

Wonder if they have plans to work in light radius into the league, seems like a good way to include a completely useless stat and make it valuable, maybe have it prevent the darkness degen longer.

trying to stay on pace with the cart might be a total shit show with many builds.

Holy hell, every time they do a simple minor update or a massive patch it takes me forever to get through the launcher. It will sit on checking resources for 15+ minutes no matter how small or big, for fuck sakes.
