Is archery still completely nerfed and ruined

They really went out of their way after I went out gankin on rp trading 8s

Well I know stealth classes won't be able to even gain XP at all for 30 days when the server goes back up.
As far as archery a quick search of the discord Q&A says it'll be the same as when the server went down.
