Carol is the worst. Worst means there’s nothing more bad. It’s ultimate. Final.
And yet here we are, and Carol has somehow managed to increase her worstness. She’s now even more worster than before.
Yeah but I mean, that is the show tho? Insufferable dyke being Insufferable. This is a long slow boil, tension building drama with delayed payoffs just like, oh, every other show Vince has done. I mean we may have wanted it to be a sci-fi mystery show but you know, the last 20 pages kinda explains why that's not a thing.
Granted the average viewer is a retard and half the population
are even dumber than that, but a mystery this is not, unless you are fucking retarded. I mean I've spent all of 5 seconds thinking about it and with just a precursory glance I've accurately predicted 90% of the shit that's happened so far, not even a flex here most of the people, tuco, etc got everything right immediately. Only a handful of idiots even argued against it. a mystery this is not nor was it ever really supposed to have been.
I half expected the vacation montage scene with Carol and zosia to have been a dream sequence, I thought the purpose was she would never actually be happy. Plus there was some very poorly done, obvious green screen shots with just shit sloppy editting that made me believe that wasnt supposed to be real but then the show just rolled with it and used it as a segue for her finding out they already had her stem cells via her eggs.
I think its all kind of intentional because without the mystery elements for the first season Carol alone does not carry this show as a drama, shes too unlikeable and just fucking insufferable, but now that shes got a partner this becomes a sort of odd couple pairing and she is just a foil slowing down his progress to the cure
