I've been doing Explorer's Contract so I am almost level 12. I have a shit ton of Ore and stuff to burn through and a good amount of gems.
I've done all of Dun Morough and almost done with Elwyn. I may have to go do something else so I can get like level 14 before I hit up Loch Modan.
I found 3 6 slot pouches this morning and now I feel like a god.

I am actually really enjoying the Explorer's Contract. Actually doing most the quests I find and not outleveling stuff before moving on is generally pretty enjoyable. Especially because I have not ever done the Alliance side leveling fully anyway.
Will try to get level 18 and to Deadmines this weekend.

Half XP gain from mobs and quests.
In Turtle wow its just half XP from mobs. Quests are full XP.

Played Epoch more and it's just not custom enough for me.
It's just TBC talent tree's in the wrath client. I found a few custom quests but they're just... kinda dull like "Kill 8 owlkin" in the night elf starting area and they just stuffed them in a corner it feels like something from the early private server scene.
If people enjoy it I'm glad for them but this is really not my idea of custom. TBC talents are nice but if I have TBC talents I want TBC races like Blood Elves and Draenei.
One of the unique things I ran into was getting a 5 hour debuff from a spider to where if I didn't get cured I'd just die. This is unique but not fun. The race class changes are stupid in my opinion. Gnome Priest fine makes sense you can see gnome priests in gnomer. Undead Paladin makes legit no sense since the light burns undead and if I remember correctly only Zeliak was able to call on the light after death so apparently every undead paladin is the equivelant to one of the 4 horse man.
I mean I understand why they gave undead paladin because the other 3 races legit made no sense but I mean Troll Paladin might have made more sense lore wise than Undead. All Horde races get a new class added to them Night Elves get boned they could have easily added in Night Elf Paladin or Mage instead they gave Dwarf 2 new combos.
I don't know the server was so hyped and I'm not seeing why people were so hyped. Like... just make a TBC server and lock the level to 60 and lock the Dark Portal... congratz you got Epoch.
