Admittedly, I didn't read that. Thank you for clarifying. However, I'd claim it falls in the same category since its wrong. Creating 0.02 points of rage is "bugged" when it should be creating 5.0 points, ya?

Charge is 100% not working though. It overshoots most of the time but you can do a little dance and deal with it. Kind of annoying though.

I like the idea of the server. I like what they have done to make changes, but I wish they would put effort into fixes now that they have a player base. It could be amazing. At the moment, its just "good".

Fixes are coming. This is the best thread to follow Warrior bug updates. And one of the devs (robinsch) just confirmed that dodging/parrying/blocking attacks should start generating rage on the next restart.

They fixed all the low level rage stuff on twow and completely revamped the trees to help at lower levels. If you played this at all it makes vanilla warriors feel god awful, I cant do it anymore.

I was on a hunter, so I didnt have near the problems some of the other classes did. Having said that, by my mid 30s I was losing steam. Im not sure what the catalyst was. But between having minimal bag space and having to run vendor every few minutes, or if it was the phasing / layering to where every time I saw a mine or herb, it was a crap shoot of it disappearing or not, i started to lose motivation.

The revamp of DM and WC was quite nice for sure!

On a whim Ive decided to try to fire up Turtle and see what the fuss is over there.

Week 2 and Kezan has settled to between 4-5k during US prime time and Menethil is sub 4k consistently. Looks the the OMGFRESH crowd and server tourists have officially moved on.

Happens on every server from every host. Blizzard was hemorrhaging players on SoD after the first month and then it settled down to 8-12k per server.

I haven't had an issue with ore for some time now. Turtle WoW benefits from about 7 years of continuous development. They have truly refined vanilla classes without stepping into stuff from Wrath or TBC. They have support for shaman tank at least during leveling and clever stuff like making Demonology Warlock constantly summoning demons during fights. Support oriented subtlety rogue. Flattening out rage for early game warrior. Just general flavor and QOL stuff all around.

That said. They do have the issue in that end game is all 40 man raids only for the most part. Recently they reworked a ton of dungeons, added new ones, and they've opened up more factions and stuff to grind out.

You gotta enjoy it for what it is. But Turtle's leveling game is really good. They have tons more quests as well and I appreciate their cash shop to at least buy bags and a vendor bot pet. You can also get a bank pet, and other conveniences. None of which are truly game breaking or P2W IMO.

Those are all better QOL and leveling advantages to Epoch, but I’m never doing a 40 man raid again. That shit sucks. Epoch has enough going for it to be enjoyable. They have made quick fixes to warrior already. If they keep developing and improving, it’ll be great.
