Sadly, it took me 43 levels to figure out that if you pick up a custom quest, and it involves ground spawns of ANY KIND, just delete it, it's broken :p

This was probably posted before but interesting video on the Turtle WoW lawsuit. RICO lawsuit because it gives them more power in other countries supposedly. Apparently Blizzard wants Turtle WoWs data..lolol.

Am I retarded? Why does Sweeping Strikes last for "10 strikes" but in reality the buff lasts for 8 seconds so you get like 2 of those at most.

Did it always work that way?

People swear that's how it worked. I guess at level 60 with the right spec, you're supposed to rage dump after activating it. I use slam. But it's pretty shit without a ton of rage coming in, but better use than getting 2 weapon swings out of it.

But yeah I remember it being 10 actual strikes from either weapon swings or abilities total. Like everything with Epoch, a bunch of people told me I'm wrong. I don't remember the timer being 10 seconds. I remember there not being any real issue about it wearing off. Timer should be 30 seconds/10 strikes whichever comes first IMO. Or at least 20 seconds with rage being so questionable. The rage dump I'm able to do in 10 seconds is pretty shit, so I can't imagine that gets any better at 60. Difficult to see how that's working correctly, but Epoch apologists will jump on you if you bring it up. I trust Burren's memory more than these shtiheads at this point.

So what is the appeal of Bronzebeard?

To preface, Im brand new to the wow private server thing. Heard about Epoch and was hooked, ended up in Turtle.

It would seem Bronzebeard will only be raid logging in no time. They are allowing transfers of heirlooms from other servers, so from the instant the server is up, people will already be geared. As soon as any person hits lvl cap for any profession, you can just buy any profession to max level. Dont want to level mining to 300? Just spend $20 and there you go. Dont want to level up smithing or enchanting? Just another $20. Want to buy exp boosts? Etc.

I personally dont care about p2w, because with my limited playtime, that would be the only way I could keep up and the cost isnt something I am concerned about.

However, it would seem from day 1 the overworld would be swamped by a ton of peeps with heirlooms, dungeons would be zerged, people would be 60 in days, and the entire overworld would be completely devoid of anything short of people wanting to raid log.

If you can buy everything with cash to basically avoid the game, why play? Again, I dont care about p2w, as I can afford it and could keep up with the joneses if need be. However I just seem to see the appeal to spending a couple of hundred of dollars to bypass 95% of the game, to only raid log.

Seems pointless.

Have to get one character to max level before you can equip heirlooms.

i guess its 1x if you dont use the exp aura or potions form the cash shop?

bb just feels like more ratail to me , im all set with m+ ,etc.

yeah none of this is correct.

BB is currently 1.0x speed for exp. You cannot equip heirlooms until you have a level 60 character. you cannot buy any exp aura or pots until ALL server firsts are completed. I'd say it'll be probably 2 weeks before all the various class/race combos hit 60, there will always be 1 random that nobody rushed to 60 like gnome warrior or some stupid shit.

Epoch at least had shared quest drops. If I remember right, TWOW did not, so, good luck in the crowded questing areas fighting for shite spawns.

They had crazy fast spawns the first day on epoch, the starter zones were crazy, but then it went back to 'classic' and bad.

BB just looks overly complicated for classic so i dont find much appeal to it.
I started lvling up on Epoch again though, we'll see how long itll last with this pending lawsuit shit lol
