What exactly does that mean? So they pretty much had a rev limiter on the CPU and have been holding out? Why not go full throttle out of the box?

I updated the kids game console to a PS4 game ID is Greyform. I am pretty new at console games I've been a PC gamer mostly. But with nothing new to play I finally broke down and decided it was time.

Heat? I'm sure they will continue to put out better quality systems that can keep the system running at acceptable temperature.
