Yea I pawned her for 440. This is a complete copy of the winter zodiac event so far, so I'll stick with the same strategy I had for that one (do nothing until the 2nd half, then buy FF of the HR event card and farm like crazy). Got the crystal dragon out of that one np, so should be able to do at least the same on this one.

Starting to make some progress after messing around on my own for awhile (around 60k/46k base at the moment). Fun game for sure, hopefully I can join you folks in the board order.

I'm so sadly addicted to this game lol, not in the board order but mine is active and fun so far. Sitting at 65k/82k (I'm our defense leader) and having fun with this event so far although I'm totally out of CW/HP after buying some HR event cards bleh. Hopefully I can sell a Michael I have to finish out my Thor and Santa Elf. Right now I'm at 14,217 not too bad considering I've used no CW or HP lol.

Would love to play the game more but it runs like absolute shit on my Samsung Nexus and frequently crashes. The "flash movies" or whatever it is they used to animate things seems to cause a build up in my phone's memory with nary a flush to be had, eventually causing it to freeze and then dump the program like a twice used skank. This event is bad too, because of the movies that play when you discover a monster and when you want to turn in for rewards. Anyone else have this issue?

It runs like shit on a lot of android devices. I eventually wound up using a shitty nightly build of CM9 on my Skyrocket because it had no functioning Flash player, which meant all the stupid animations in the game just don't load.

I have an Incredible 4G and I don't have any issues. I did a couple of builds ago but since then, no problems.

i told myself i'd totally skip out on this type of event and try to farm honor while everyone else wasn't, but pulled an Alice o_O. so i bought a 2nd one for ~400, 2 santa elfs for around 80 each, one skill 9. spent about 40 hp farming and i'm about rank 1500. sold my 2 Alices last night for ~370 and they're down to 330 this morning, seems i picked a good time to get out and still make use of the card.

i was gonna keep them throughout but forgot i'll be doing family stuff a lot over the next few days. hopefully right when i'm done visiting famliy they'll release the next event card and I can get 2 Wraith Kings. the card sucks but I have hope they'll flip it back to just Demons instead of this dumb realm/realm kick they're on.

at least the event has JUMP, hope to farm a few levels out of this as well.

I might get in if/when they release the 2nd cardpack/wave of cards that have the better event skill. If they do I'll probably drop some HP and go for sub 1000, but if not then I'm just sitting the whole thing out. Got burned too bad by the crystal event when they released dragon slayers/slepnir and made the cards I already had completely worthless.

So I'm curious. How is it you guys are getting these event cards? I managed to get Santa's Elf out of the free card pack present, but otherwise I've been having shit luck getting anything that is above rare.

Is it just bad luck, or do you guys tend to buy card packs?

i only have 6 alts, and they haven't gotten me anything over HR. i've gotten 2-3 SRs and 1 SSR, the Alice, from card packs I've purchased. I got another SSR from gems, but it feels like it's been 6 months since I traded the 800 gems and i'm still not that close to antoher one.

i feel sorry for people starting now. Rs and HRs have almost no value, while SRs and above haven't changed much.


and event related news, 2nd card pack for this even came out today w/o any new event card(s). now to decide if I buy an Alice again and try the final week or not.

I've opened some 750+ lcps at this point (mostly through leveling alts and doing the login campaigns. 2 SR in all of those, and one was a special pack from crystals.

I just bought 4 santa's elves with HPs. For my deck it's a decent attack card at 17k+ attk with a skill I need and I'm in the process of skilling it up now. I haven't gotten any good cards since the event started from packs.

So I've got another question for people doing this event. Has anyone ever gotten anything good from bells? Or even in the last event for crystals. It's like 100 attack points per red bell, and I'm having a hard time seeing a point to using HP to do that.

Yea but Odin is a fucking supreme boss now, so is not all bad for Gods.

I've been waiting for this day for a while, time to sell off my 5 FF Yukis for double what I paid for them <.<

I'm not even sure I'll bother with the 5th form on my Lancelot. Spend ~150hp to gain like 1000 def and have to redo 10 skill levels on an SSR? No thanks.

I bought another Tiamat for 120, got me another 1k attack. Dunno if its worth it.

I once got a card pack from the crystals or whatever in the last event.

I haven't been participating in the event very heavily, but all I've really seen are HNs, boxes of toys, and friendship points.

Pulled and sold a Dark Alice the other day for 425 hp. Up to 87k/79k base after spending a chunk and trying to do some leveling now.

I just got a Guinevere from turning in red bells. Got one HR pack last event too.

As far as return on investment its horrible unless you are also placing decent in the event.
