Resident Evil

This show has fuck all to do with Resident Evil. Character names and places of reference is about all thats left. If I could fast forward through all the flash back shit, I would. A flash back may go on for a third of the show, but only 30 seconds of it would be relevant to the overall story. For some reason, I get a very "Defiance" type of vibe from the sets / budget. The Diversity and Inclusivity changes and parts of the script are over the top in episode one, but after episode two they fall off drastically. Episode 3 had me laughing at how bad it was, but its still watchable. Overall, its an okay background show to watch while you're doing something else.

Now I miss Defiance. I used to like that show - it has a great worldbuilding concept

Could have pointed out why! lol Half asleep this morning but I just saw this on reddit. Two instances of MS Paint running as the foreground and no internet connection. But I guess they didnt think anyone would zoom in on that shit.

As much as people hate on this show, I cant wait for Netflix to do season 2 and go up on its monthly fee a dollar to pay for it. /s
